LEMON approach in one of the most commonly used tools to evaluate airway difficulty in ER . Very often we are all so fascinated about Mallampatti which is the 3rd letter in the Lemon . Interestingly it has got limited or no role in real emergency like unresponsive patients . Practically LEON is more appropriate in ER . But in trauma cases N "Neck Mobility" assessment going to be  disastrous and contraindicated . So LEO will be enough in such situation . Don't forget alteast to do LEO in all cases before airway management and document if any .. Essentially each and every one should fill the airway check list including assessment sheet before airway interventions DrVenu 29.12.16

 Civil station -Kozhikode Booth 83 at 7.30 am The queue at 9.30am without any change  Voting at Kozhikode As a responsible citizen, I endeavored to cast my vote at Kozhikode Civil Station Government UP School Booth number 83. I joined the queue at 7:45 am and remained there until 9:15 am. Unfortunately, the queue was at a standstill, and I was unaware of the situation inside the booth. Many individuals were postponing their voting to resolve the issue. Consequently, I also left the booth without casting my vote. Perhaps I will make another attempt later in the evening. It's worth noting that some people had been standing in the queue since 6:45 am, patiently waiting for their turn. This performance was staged at the I MA Kozhikode as part of the New Year celebration in 2024. All credit for the motivation to do this performance goes to my better half and star dancer, Dr. Supriya . Sudhi Kadalundi was the choreographer, and his team supported us in the chorus. The songs from the movies Oru Maravathoor Kanavu ( Sundariye) and Kudukku ( Theyithaka ) The success of any group art performance hinges on teamwork. Some elements, like song and background selection, occurred spontaneously in this performance. The highlight was the impromptu choreography, seamlessly matching the steps to the song and setting. Mr. Sudhi Kadakundi excels in this area with his expertise and experience. We garnered significant appreciation and applause from the audience.
