Chairmans award
Most memorable moment in my life has came on 20th December 2013 at JDT Islam convention center at Calicut. Beloved Chairman of MIMS and DM health care gave me very unique and very special recognition " father of emergency medicine in Kerala ". It was so glorious and valuable. It is biggest recognition that I received from my institutions. I dedicate this recognition to my students and 1000 of team members who helped to brought up EM in Kerala.
Sabarimala
It seems to be good. But masking the issues under iceberg. All issues are not due to the lack of cardiology service in Sabarimala. Most of the victims are dying before reaching cardiology centre or becoming moribund. Those victims who suffered cardiac arrest who need onsite resuscitation and defibrillation. What is lacking in Sabarimala are platinum minutes and golden hour. Our focus is always on inverted pyramid health care system. Authorities are also interested only in mega shows which always give false security for public. We should also to see how much bigger groups are being managed in other areas. Last year Sabarimala deaths were more than 30. This year first death has already been happened. I know this person personally. He was related my staff at MIMS.
Achan celebrates birth day with his dears and nears
It was a great day 1st December 2013. Pirannal sadhya with achan at Perintalmanna. I am planning to spend more time with our fathers and mothers. Insha Allah....
