- Initiated and established international Emergency training program - Masters in Emergency Medicine in all Aster group of hospitals under GWU - USA . Currently 30 residents are getting enrolled and graduating per year.
- Initiated and established Two years EMS training - EMT Paramedic level in Aster group of hospitals.
- Initiated and developed India’s first community based Ambulance network and Pre-Hospital care services in Kerala -ANGELS [Active Network Group of Emergency Life Savers ]. This network is now holding more than 600 ambulances . This project bagged 2 international awards [ EMS Asia award and American Academy of Emergency physicians ] and one National award - National entrepreneurship award by AIIMS -Delhi
- Initiated and established India's first community based Emergency Medical care technician course [EMCT] for ANGELS
- Designed and implemented comprehensive training program for Emergency vehicle operators for Angels
- Initiated and provided comprehensive emergency medical care training for health service Doctors under Government of Kerala
- Taken lead role in training more than 2,00,000 lay public in first responder provider program in Kerala in last Decade
- Established implemented various ED based workshops like Airway,Ventilations, Vascular access, Wound care, Medico Legal, MRCEM part C, Trauma care ,
- Organised Two mega disaster management Mock drill in Calicut international airport and Beypore port in 2011 and 2013
