NiEMS: First National conference on industrial EMS was held from 22 to 25th February 2018 at AMA auditorium Ahammadad. The innovative and thoughtful EMS conclave was organized by Lifeline foundation in association with SEMI and supported by many other healthcare and industrial organizations. The conference was abundant with unique pre-conference workshops and enriched excellent scientific sessions which covered almost all aspects of industrial emergencies. The presence of veterans from Emergency Medicine from India and abroad as faculty must be mentioned separately. The conference was organized very well from the point of inception to closing ceremony. Well communicated, excellent local hospitality, wonderfully conducted inaugural function, etc etc are the highlights of this conference. Me and Aster DM healthcare have been fortunate to associate this historical event by providing academic partnership and privileged to conduct India's first Industrial burns workshop for doctors, and Safety officers. It was really challenging but perceived well. I must thank Dr.Das and team for the opportunity. And We must Congratulate Padmasree Dr.SubratoDas and Mrs.Susmitha Das and team for the conception coordination and conclusion of an innovative concept of industrial emergencies in EMS
