Keralites are protesting against rear seat belts. Ministers are supporting the meaningless arguments so called "people". If Some body died or badly injured in an accident , nothing to loose to Rishi raj singh ips. He is trying help you. He is trying to guide the mad people who don't have any safety consciousness and road culture. Literacy doesn't mean education. Kerala is poorly educated state with pseudo consciousness.
