An appreciation which count a lot...

I wanted to extend my deep appreciation 🙏🏽 for the care my grand mother had in the last day, when she got admitted to Aster MIMS. 

✨ Her health condition inclined after the Monoclonal Antibodies given quickly, and unexpectedly, we were worried about access because of the pandemic, but we were met with unfailing courtesy and empathy at all hours of the day and excellent staff like you have at Aster MIMS. 

I have worked in PHARMA distribution for over 20 years and was so impressed by the care and professionalism, I saw here. 

The nurses and aides on the ED unit and acute care unit …introduced themselves at each shift change, checked in with us regularly, and responded quickly when we needed them. 

✨ They kept my grand mom comfortable and treating her gently and respectfully. 

Dr. Azad uncle, Dr. Venu uncle, Dr. Anoop, Farhaan and as per Farhaan’s instructions Sijo, was with us for all support. 

I unfortunately did not write down any names but each staff member from the charge nurse to the housekeeping and the staff that brought us coffee and snacks were amazing and deeply appreciated.

In my case you are more than a teacher and doctor to me sir.. you sculptured me to become a good physician( enjoying the name in all these times), good teacher (gave me a lot of satisfaction), good entrepreneur( tasted the success early) and a good friend( crossed the odd times of my life without tripping off and reached the happy phase of life). 

I always remember the golden moments. By teasing me as verbal diarrhoea😁, you pushed onto stage and make me prove as best presenter and orator. By praising me in my absence, you gave me tons of confidence that I did my best during learning curve. By tapping on my shoulder you gave tons of energy to run forward..
