Sabarimala
It seems to be good.  But  masking the issues under iceberg. All issues  are not due to the lack of cardiology service in Sabarimala. Most of the victims are dying before  reaching cardiology centre or becoming moribund. Those victims who suffered cardiac arrest who need onsite resuscitation and defibrillation.  What is lacking in Sabarimala are platinum minutes and golden hour. Our focus is always on inverted pyramid health care system. Authorities are also interested only in mega shows which always  give false security for public. We should  also to see how  much bigger  groups  are being  managed  in other areas.
Last year  Sabarimala deaths were more  than  30. This year first death  has already been happened. I know this person  personally. He was related my staff  at MIMS.
