ACCESS Course 8.0, a comprehensive skills updation training program for nurses, was yet another milestone in this journey of professional growth. Organized by Aster MIMS, this four-day program focused on 64 essential clinical skills, ensuring hands-on learning for the participants.

I had the privilege of designing and implementing this well-structured course, aimed at enhancing practical competencies and boosting confidence in nursing professionals. Dr. Prem Sankar has been instrumental in coordinating the previous editions of this program, and for this 8th edition, Dr. Sarika took the lead in ensuring its smooth execution. A special acknowledgment goes to Mrs. Sheelamma, CNO, whose unwavering support made it possible to successfully complete all eight editions of the ACCESS Course in the most effective way.

The structured, hands-on approach of the training ensured that every participant gained practical proficiency in critical nursing interventions. The feedback from delegates was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the impact of the course on their confidence and skill levels.
